3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) abcvip8 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where abcvip8 identifies multiple accounts linked to a single individual by IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, residential address, or any other indicator, all duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended and their balances may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abcvip8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be adjusted by abcvip8 at its discretion.
• abcvip8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which abcvip8 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Currency

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Players may request withdrawals of verified real-money balances subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

5.2 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Where the original payment method is no longer available, abcvip8 may require additional documentation before approving an alternative withdrawal destination.

6.3 VIP Loyalty Programme

VIP tier status, cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and other programme benefits are determined at abcvip8's sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time. VIP points and tier status have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

7.1 Random Number Generation

7.2 Sports Betting

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abcvip8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged personal information or documents during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.

• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

abcvip8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass identity verification (KYC).
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Detection of a self-exclusion request or identification as a self-excluded player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding security checks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of abcvip8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abcvip8 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors in the Platform or third-party services integrated therein.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, content, or tools available on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit abcvip8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abcvip8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

abcvip8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to abcvip8's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the abcvip8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1.
